Marie Košacká, the founder of Strategic Capital, is a graduate of Prague University of Economics, Faculty of Management. Her career includes over 20 years of experience in executive search and recruitment and also the experience in management consulting, for instance with Deloitte, where she worked as a Senior Manager heading Human Capital Advisory Services.

It is our proven executive search process combined with strong business acumen, which allows us to over-achieve our client’s expectations.

Executive Search

Executive search is a specific type of Management Consulting. Headhunters are called for help, when companies have strategic and urgent need to recruit high calibre leaders/managers/specialists.

The step-by-step structured process helps us to ensure that we shortlist the best available candidates from the whole market and, importantly, that the candidates you offer will likely accept. Code of Ethics

In Strategic Capital we believe in and consistently follow the Executive Search principles (Association of Executive Search Consultants, A.E.S.C.). We thus pledge to the “off-limits” policy, i.e. we never contact any of the client's employees for one year after the completion of the last project (appointment).

In line with the Czech law, we also follow the principles concerning the administration and procession of candidates' personal data, stipulated in the Law No. 101/2000 Coll.

We provide our Clients with all necessary information for effective business decision making in a timely manner. We consistently follow the principles of confidentiality.
